About Us
This is supported by a model of practice that includes co-located and integrated services and programs, featuring collaboration with a wide variety of partners, and various approaches to tackle social exclusion (from food security, employment, transport, through to homelessness).

What we do
Operate a not-for-profit service hub at 437 Hunter Street, Newcastle focusing on building not-for-profit sector capacity and sustainability.
Generate innovative practice ideas and approaches.
Provide community transport for not-for-profit organisations.
Provide homelessness and housing support.
Provide job readiness training and vocational education for vulnerable people to enter the job market.
Provide social support services for vulnerable people.
Our headquarters is a five-level building at 437 Hunter Street in Newcastle including two ground-level shopfronts. All five levels of the building will be utilised by in-house partners supporting and empowering vulnerable people while the two shopfronts operate as social enterprises supporting people to access employment.
