About Us

Embrace People & Place wants to welcome people in need by rethinking how support services can work together and how space is shared to benefit vulnerable people in the NSW Hunter Region.

About Us

This is supported by a model of practice that includes co-located and integrated services and programs, featuring collaboration with a wide variety of partners, and various approaches to tackle social exclusion (from food security, employment, transport, through to homelessness).

437 Hunter Street

Our headquarters is a five-level building at 437 Hunter Street in Newcastle including two ground-level shopfronts. All five levels of the building will be utilised by in-house partners supporting and empowering vulnerable people while the two shopfronts operate as social enterprises supporting people to access employment.
