With a background in construction, Gerard is an experienced Executive Leader in Infrastructure and Asset Management, Project, and Construction Management. Gerard is a strategic thinker and as the Property Services Manager, he works closely with the Chair, CEO and Board to implement planning and projects that meet the organisation’s overall objectives. Born and raised in the Hunter Region, Gerard has extensive knowledge of the community and infrastructure in his local region. He holds a Diploma in Project Management as well as qualifications in Carpentry, Joinery, Construction Management and Building Supervision. When he is not working, you will mostly find Gerard working on a project at home in his shed or caravanning with his better half.
