Violet Co Legal & Consulting is a boutique legal practice focused on delivering services to organisations, government, educational institutions, businesses, social enterprises and individuals. We focus specifically on employment law, corporate governance, anti-discrimination, workplace investigations, mediation and sexual violence.
Violet Co Legal & Consulting is a certified social enterprise – we donate more than 50% of our profits back to the Community through our pro bono and advocacy work. We are also a certified Indigenous business with Supply Nation. Our Founder, Karen Iles, is an Aboriginal woman.
Our work to support victim/survivors of sexual violence on a pro-bono basis is co-funded with generous philanthropic donations.
If you would like to get involved in the pro bono and advocacy work that Violet Co does to support victim/survivors of sexual violence and the rights of First Nations people you can volunteer your time (office, marketing, communications, fundraising, volunteer management and/or legal skills are all welcome) or make a donation via the tax deductible giving fund established by the Sydney Community Foundation.
